At OMRON Brand Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new attire isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your OMRON account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undisturbed.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
